Emergency Numbers

The school must be informed of a work number or emergency number in the event of a child becoming ill or injured at school.
One telephone number is insufficient. If a parent or guardian cannot be reached in the event of an emergency involving an
accident, the child will be taken to the emergency treatment room at the local hospital and the doctor on call will be used for
emergency treatment. It is very important that current phone numbers are on file at the school at all times, so proper persons may
be contacted. Immediately notify the school of any change of address or telephone number.
